If something is not quite right or you’ve changed your mind, returns are easy! You can return the unworn item(s) to us within 30 days for a refund. Please note, this is our returns policy for online orders only, our store returns policy may differ.

Important Notes

  • Returns are not accepted if items show signs of wear or damage not caused by transit.
  • Please note all returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility unless proves faulty. We will deduct £1.99 for the return fee from your order amount for UK customers.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Return the item in it’s original packaging, with all tags intact. Must include the invoice in return parcel.
  • Please note: Salah chair, Jewellery and Bags are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

How to Return

  1. Click here to go to Evri Return website.
  2. Search for Aarz London Limited.
  3. Follow the on-screen steps. Must provide your order number, this can be found on your order confirmation and on your order invoice
  4. Download the label and QR code.
  5. Print the label at home or provide the QR code to the Parcelshop to print the label.
  6. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging with invoice and attach the provided return label.
  7. Drop off at the nearest Evri parcelshop

Exchanges

  • We are offering exchanges for UK customers only.
  • If you do decide that you want exchange, all we ask is that you to Download and fill the Exchange form. Click HERE to download the form
  • You will not be able to exchange your item(s) for alternative style, however you will be able to exchange for a different size or colour should you need to. Please note the exchange is subject to stock availability.
  • Item(s) purchased in the sale are non-exchangeable.
  • Should you wish to exchange your order you will be charged a returns fee of £1.99, We will cover the new outgoing postage fees.
  • Please allow up to 5 working days from when we receive the item back for your return to be processed.

International Returns

  • If you wish to return an item from outside the United Kingdom, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please ensure the item is securely packaged and returned in its original condition.
  • All international returns must be sent to the address below:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund in accordance with our refund guidelines.
